And with the start of August comes the start of back to school planning, for this homeschooling mama. I have only pushed it off and pushed it off until I have a few weeks to go now and I can’t push it off any longer. For me, the hardest part of my planning process is figuring out where to start. It all just seems so overwhelming!
What is it about having cute things that makes even the most daunting tasks seem like they are not so bad?
The first step is always the hardest. So I pulled out my pink binder that I use to organize my lesson plans and worksheets for the coming school year. It is especially important this year since my 3 year old will be starting preschool and I need all the help I can get!
As I stared at this binder -the source of all my current stress- I immediately thought “Lilly”. And just like that instead of taking on the task head on..I started my search for the perfect Lilly pattern (everyone knows there are too many to choose from lol). I told myself that this is okay since it will encourage me to work extra, extra hard next week lol.
I figured that just like me, you could use some motivation this time of year as well. Whether you are dreading the homeschooling planning process (like me). Or if you are a student getting ready for the up coming school year or even if you have an old binder laying around that could use a Lilly facelift. I am here to help. Just download this free printable, and insert into your binder. Hopefully it is a pvc-free binder 😉 ! Oh and this printable is designed for a 1 inch binder. It could probably still work for a bigger size binder but the label for the side will be a little on the thin side.
